Dear OLL Families and Friends,
We are thrilled to announce the 50th Annual Our Lady of the Lake School Auction, taking place on February 10, 2024. Prepare to "Boot Scoot & Boogie" the night away as we celebrate and raise funds as a community. This year’s theme is the “Boots and Bling Ball”, a western experience. Join us at the Oregon Golf Club for an evening filled with excitement. Evening line-up includes a silent auction and happy hour, followed by a formal sit-down dinner and live auction.
Our PreK-8th grade school, is comprised of over 280 students, and relies entirely on the support from our parish, tuition payments, and Parent Association fundraising efforts.
Our school’s mission is to provide a high-quality Catholic education to our children. The OLL Parent Associations fundraising efforts help achieve this mission. This year that requirement has increased to $250,000. The School Auction is our most critical fundraising source to meet this goal. The funds we raise go directly to the schools operating budget and helps support our tuition assistance program, which helps give all families the gift of a catholic education.
How can you contribute? Every dollar we receive in Sponsorship and Underwriting goes towards reducing the costs associated with the live auction, enabling us to generate more funds for our school. To become a Sponsor or Underwriter: Please reach out to us at ollauction@ollstaff.org
In addition to financial contributions how can you help?: We also need your support in procuring auction items. We are seeking a diverse range of donations to ensure the success of our auction. Here are a few ideas from our wish list:
1. Sponsors and Underwriters - email us at ollauction@ollstaff.org
2. Sponsorships - all levels, email us at ollauction@ollstaff.org
3. Live Auction Items -
4. Experiences - Our community loves one of a kind events i. Disney, fishing, hunting, golfing, camping, skiing, meeting a famous chef, culinary delight, Wine tasting and tours, private dinners.
Donated items for the live auction by visiting Donate Now. The deadline for donations is December 15, 2023. Please kindly take a moment to reflect on how you or your business can help contribute and ensure this year’s auction is a resounding success.
On behalf of our incredible school, I want express our deepest gratitude for your support and generosity.

Join our community in raising your paddle for a special cause! It is important for all families to have access to the exceptional Catholic education at Our Lady of the Lake. This year’s paddle raise will help to ensure that the ability to pay will not be a deterrent to the education we all enjoy. 100% of this year’s paddle raise will go directly toward Our Lady of the Lake’s 2024-25 tuition assistance in the operating budget. No goods or services were provided in consideration of this gift.
We appreciate your dedication to supporting our kids and making sure families’ financial situations do not impact their ability to choose a Catholic education.
Thank You Generous Donors.
