Dear OLL Families and Friends,
We are thrilled to announce the 51st Annual Our Lady of the Lake School Auction, taking place on March 1, 2025. Prepare to go back in time to the Roaring 1920's as we celebrate and raise funds as a community. Join us at the Oregon Golf Club for an evening filled with excitement. Evening line-up includes a silent auction and happy hour, followed by a formal sit-down dinner and live auction.
Our PreK-8th grade school, is comprised of over 280 students, and relies entirely on the support from our parish, tuition payments, and Parent Association fundraising efforts.
Our school’s mission is to provide a high-quality Catholic education to our children. The OLL Parent Associations fundraising efforts help achieve this mission. This year that requirement has increased to $250,000. The School Auction is our most critical fundraising source to meet this goal. The funds we raise go directly to the schools operating budget and helps support our tuition assistance program, which helps give all families the gift of a catholic education.
How can you contribute? Every dollar we receive in Sponsorship and Underwriting goes towards reducing the costs associated with the live auction, enabling us to generate more funds for our school. To become a Sponsor or Underwriter: Please reach out to us at ollauction@ollstaff.org
In addition to financial contributions, how can you help?: We also need your support in procuring auction items. We are seeking a diverse range of donations to ensure the success of our auction. Here are a few ideas from our wish list:

- Artwork - Handcrafted furniture, wall art, sculpture, pottery, jewelry
- Specialty Wine - Flights, magnums, curated lots, cases
- Sporting Events, Company suites to games and concerts - Tickets for college and professional sports events; team gear; collectibles
- Health and Beauty - Lipo, botox, massage, hair, nails, lashes, workout, pilates, barre, etc
